Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data StrollerScoop (“we”) processes when you visit strollerscoop.com, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Privacy questions

You can reach us about privacy matters through our contact form.

What we collect and why

1. Contact form messages. When you use the contact form, we receive the name (if you give one), your email address, and your message. We use them only to read and answer your message. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep contact-form messages only as long as we need them to reply, and delete the hashed IP record used for rate-limiting within about a day.

2. Analytics. If you consent through our cookie banner, we use an analytics tool to count visits and see which pages are read, in aggregate. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. We don’t use analytics data to identify you.

3. Outbound link clicks. When you click a /go/ link, our server records that the link was clicked (link name, date and time) so we can see which brands readers are interested in. We don’t use this to build a profile of you.

4. Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to operate and secure the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure website.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t run a newsletter or mailing list.
  • We don’t sell or rent personal data.
  • We don’t have social media accounts or embed social tracking pixels.

Who else processes data

Our web host and, if you consent, our analytics provider process data on our behalf. When you follow a link to a brand or retailer, their own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, use the contact form. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change and show the date of the latest update at the top.
